Friday, June 28, 6-9 P.M.:  PRE-RACE PARTY

The Rose at The Pink Garter Theatre – MANDATORY participant bib pick-up.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN RELEASE WAIVERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE BIBS/TRANSPONDERS.

Saturday, June 29: PHIL BAUX PARK, SNOW KING MOUNTAIN

7-9 a.m.: Nonprofit/sponsor/food vendor set-up: Expo Promenade

8-9:30 a.m.: Day-of registration/event check-in/bib, transponder pickup: Phil Baux Park picnic shelter (Day-of registration costs are $30 per leg for individuals, $120 for teams.)

10:00 a.m.: Trail Run start: Start/Finish line

12:00 p.m.: Bouldering start: Teton Boulder Park.

2:00 p.m.: Mountain biking start: Start/Finish line

4:00 p.m.: Paragliding start: Start/Finish line

4:30 p.m.: JacksonHoleLive! presents a free concert in the park: Snow King Baseball Diamond

6 p.m.: Paragliding finish: Start/Finish line.

6:30 p.m.: Award Ceremony: JacksonHoleLive! Stage: Snow King Baseball Diamond

All day in Phil Baux Park: Mountain demos.  Ambassador presentations. Non-profit expos. Slacklining. Clinics. Music. Food. Libations.

Teams can consist of all male, all female, or mixed and be made up of 2, 3 or 4 members. You will choose your team category (Pro, Rec, or Masters) at checkout. *First Place Professional Team sent to compete in the 2013 Dolomitenmann in Lienze, Austria is required to be a same sex team. $5 per participant goes to the Snow King day-use fee.

Scoring

All racers will wear a transponder chip, which will start and finish their timing for each leg as they cross the Start/Finish line.

Scoring for the Outerlocal Summer Games will be based upon a points system. Competitors in the mountain biking, running and paragliding legs who finish first will get 25 points; 2nd place will get 24 points, 3rd place 23 points, and so forth.

For the bouldering leg, the total number of points from competitors’ top five boulder problems will be entered (V1 = 1 point, V10 = 10 points, etc.) to determine the winner. Winner will receive 25 points toward their placements in the Games; 2nd place will get 24 points, 3rd place 23 points, etc.

Competitors placing 25th and lower will each receive 1 point.

Separate sets of points will be allocated for each division (Pro, Rec, Masters).
